Site of the original Palace at Dunstable built in the area known as Kingsbury under the orders of King Henry I. The pub name, -the Norman King is one reminder of Dunstables rich history. Many important decisions were taken here including the decision to annul the marriage of King Henry VIII and Katherine of Aragon.
