Scientists now look beyond our Solar System, beyond our Galaxy and many other galaxies---to deep into the Universe. 1996 photographs taken from the Hubble increased the estimated number of galaxies from 10 billion to 50 billion. There may be more. And because the universe is expanding as the billions of galaxies travel away in all directions, the vast size of the universe is (presently) immeasureable.
