This plant has similar flowers to the pale toadflax but the flowers are in much denser racemes and the corollas are violet and unstripped with a long spur. It is occasionally found as a garden escapee on old walls and waysides. It flowers June to August. Picture taken 9th June 2006 near Elstow, Bedfordshire.
