Hawk's beard Species (Crepis spp.)

These plant had loose clusters of flowers with lyre-shaped pinnatifid leaves, the plant was downy with a furrowed stem at the base purple flushed. The flowers heads were orangey outside. I think this is probably Beaked Hawk's Beard (Crepis vesicaria) or Rough Hawk's Beard (Crepis bennis). If anyone can make a positive identification please let us know. Picture taken 25th June 2006 at Bedford.
