The friend house or living home was built in 1987. It is a six post house. It present ideas about the furniture and layout of those houses used as family homes. It has furnishing and fittings that may have been found in an Anglo Saxon home. So little is known, that nobody is sure if this is an accurate reflection but they were all made with materials that would have been available at the time.
