Replica of the great gold buckle found at Sutton Hoo in Burial mound 1. The large gold buckle shape was similar to Frankish buckles but English craftsman had transformed it by decorating with superb carvings, four dragons writing around the plate and knotted serpents, a style that evolved in South-east England.
