The millstones are covered by the tun on top of which sits the 'horse' carrying the 'hopper'. The grain from the hopper drops into the 'eye', the hole at the centre of the stones, via the 'shoe', which is agitated by the 'damsel'. The annotated picture has some of the parts labelled.
