This photo shows West India Docks at Canary Wharf. The extensive business development is located on the Isle of Dogs in the London Borough of Tower Hamlets. It is centred on the old West India Docks much of which was destroyed in WW2. A number of the old dockside cranes have been placed along the quayside to reflect the original purpose of this piece of London's historic waterfront. This curved building behind the cranes is the Marriott West India Quay hotel.
