Morse Inker for recording dots and dashes on a strip of paper. This unit can be started automatically and then stopped at the end of the message, however as it is powered by a clockwork motor to drive the paper forward it would still need constant attention. Known as a Direct Inker ( does not include key or Wheatstone needle ).
