An upright small hairy annual with very small blue flowers around 4-5mm and oval / triangular leaves. The leaves are oval and narrow at the top of the plant. It grows on waste areas, pastures, open woods, dry grasslands and walls. It can grow to 2-16 inches and flowers March to October. This plant was photographed on 22nd May 2009 at Old Warden Railway Cutting, Bedfordshire.
