Great care is taken to produce quality meat at Foxhills farm in Hertfordshire. Calves are reared naturally on their mothers for 8 months and then graze Hertfordshire pastures. The farmer does not use any G.M. Feed, artificial fertilizer or sprays and does not use routine antibiotics. The cattle are fed silage harvested in May and forage maize harvested in the autumn.
