Foxholes is a small farm in Hertfordshire of around 200 acres. It produces high quality beef to the public. The farm has been in the family for all of the farmer's life. At first Dairy cows were farmed but then the farmer transferred to Beef.

At any time there are around 280 cattle on the farm 70 breeding cows, 70 calves and cattle under a year old, 70 around a year old and 70 around two years old. Calves are reared naturally on their mothers for 8 months and then graze the Hertfordshire pastures. The farmer does not use any G.M.
