A plant found on upper area of beaches. It spreads easily and has shiny fleshy leaves in pairs. It has separate male and female plants and produces yellow/green seed capsules. It can grow to 22cm and flowers May-August. Picture taken 10th February 2011 at Wells-next-to-the-Sea, Norfolk.
