Morris Dancing is a form of English folk dancing set to music - usually a fiddle and/or accordian, this is added to by the jingle of bells worn on the shins of the dancers. Dancers, both men and women, perform traditional named choreographed dances whilst using sticks or waving hankerchiefs.

The earliest known dance is dated at around 1448
