Puddingstone Rotary Quern Stone

This is the top stone and a top view.
There would be another stone underneath and the wheat would be ground into flour between the two stones.
Puddingstone querns seem to have been made only for a short while at the end of the Iron Age and after the Roman Invasion.

240mm diameter x 110mm depth. Top hole 70mm across and narrowing as it goes down.
