Marsh Webbed Spider (Dictyna arundinacea) often found on dry low lying vegetation and flowerheads of grasses. It may be small but has a big appetite. The male and female often live together (unusual for spiders) and help each other subdue much bigger prey. You can just see the other spider hiding at the bottom of the photo.
