Southwell Minster in the village of Southwell in Nottinghamshire is a cathedral in the southern part of the diocese of York. It has developed over 900 years into the building we see today. The 'leaves of Southwell' carved into walls and columns of the chapter house are incredible and feature local leaves and images of 'the green man'.
