Children learning about the differences between Victorian and Modern-day toys.
Playing with optical toys e.g. Thaumatropes, flick books, Kaleidoscopes and Zoetropes.
To work the Zoetrope you place a strip of paper with a cartoon scene inside and then spin it around to make the pictures move. They were made before the idea of TV and film existed.
