Tea Gown about 1900 by Rouff an early designer. The gown, in silk satin, has lavish embroidery, floral patterns and a jewelled bodice, which would have sparkled under Glass or candle light. It was made in Paris. The dress can be seen in the Victoria and Albert Museum.
