This plant is very similar to white campion and some plants are hybrids between the two species. A hairy plant with deeply lobed pink petals. It grows to between 30 and 100 cm tall. The plants are dioecious, that is there are separate male and female plants. The male plants with 10 stamens and the female with 5 styles. It grows in hedgerows. The plants flower May to October.
