Pendulous sedge is a dramatic native evergreen, perennial plant. It produces long green flower spikes in summer that age to brown in seed. The spikes can grow to 2m. It has narrow, green leaves, solid triangular stems It grows in damp, wet areas. Picture taken 6th May 2006 at Felmersham, Bedfordshire.
