The leaves are untoothed and slightly downy on both sides. The 3 - 5 main leaf veins curve round towards the leaf apex. It produces many creamy white small flowers with four tiny sepals snd four petals and produces black globular fruits. It grows in woods and on scrub. Picture taken 11th June 2006.
