There are many ways of making coffee. Instant coffee is popular because it is quick and easy. A cafetiere is a coffee maker in which the ground coffee is placed, boiling water is put in, the coffee is stirred and then a lid with a mesh attachment is lowered into the coffee mix. The mesh stops the coffee grounds from being poured into the cup.
