Common Field Speedwell (Veronica persica)  - This plant has course toothed leaves hairy underneath. It has fairly long flower stalks and fresh green leaves. It can flowerr all year round and grows on agricultural land.  The flowerr is bright blue with a lower white lip. Pictured at field edge near Stagsden Beds late September 2005.
