The emphasis in the 1960's was on appealing to the mass market, however some strange things were produced and made headlines including the paper dress. This brightly coloured dress was made in 1967 by Dispo in London. It could be worn long or cut short as a mini dress. Its pattern resembles a Script and relates tot eh cult of ethnicity of the period. Its clashing colours were in keeping with the fashion for psychedelia.
