The pub sign at the Norman King pub, which is located on the site of the former Royal Palace at Dunstable and gives a clue to the towns rich history. The town was founded by King Henry I and many important decisions were taken here including the decision to annul the marriage of King Henry VIII and Katherine of Aragon.
